Aspire365 Behavioral Health Program
The IAFF Health & Wellness Trust is expanding access to comprehensive behavioral and mental health support through Aspire365, a trusted provider of in-home and virtual care. Available at no cost to all members and enrolled dependents ages 12+, this program delivers personalized, confidential support for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions.
Aspire365 offers a 12-month, tiered care model tailored to individual needs -from preventive screenings to intensive therapy – allowing participants to maintain daily responsibilities while receiving care. Services include next-business-day access to initial assessments, free annual mental health checkups, and evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and medication-assisted treatment. Any prescribed medications are covered through the Trust’s prescription drug plan at applicable plan cost-shares.
With a dedicated care team experienced in working with first responders, Aspire365 addresses the unique challenges of firefighter life, including trauma, shift work, and high-stress environments. This program complements existing Trust benefits, providing convenient, accessible, and holistic support for members and their families – when and where they need it most.
