Welcome to the IAFF Health & Wellness Trust!
The IAFF Health & Wellness Trust medical plans are administered by MagnaCare and utilize the Regence BlueShield network of providers. Outside of the Regence service area, your network is the National BlueCardPPO.
MagnaCare is your main point of contact for questions on your Trust medical plan. You may reach MagnaCare at (877) 624-6219.
You will be issued a single Member ID Card for your Medical/Rx coverage. All enrolled dependents will be listed on one card. Please note that VSP Vision does not issue Member ID Cards. If you are enrolled in a Trust Dental plan, you will receive an ID Card at initial enrollment or upon request.
MyCreateHealth Online Portal and Mobile App
Beginning on your coverage effective date, you can register at MyCreateHealth to access your health plan information, including Explanations of Benefits (EOBs), deductible/out-of-pocket accumulators, and much more. Be sure to download the MyCreateHealth mobile app after you’ve registered, and log in using the same credentials used for the online portal. A virtual Member ID card is easily accessible from the mobile app anytime you need it!
Please note that MyCreateHealth is the only place to access your IAFF HWT medical benefits/claims information.
Sav-Rx Prescription Services
Your IAFF HWT prescription drug benefits are administered by Sav-Rx Prescription Services. Your Sav-Rx benefit information will be listed on your Member ID Card along with your medical benefit information. All you need to access your prescription benefit is your Member ID Number (including the 3-letter alpha prefix) and the Rx Bin Number. Both numbers can be found on the front of your Member ID Card.
