HealthAdvocate provides in-the-moment telephonic support, face to-face counseling (up to five [5] visits per issue per family member per year) and virtual counseling via chat, video, phone, and text.

The Trust’s Member Assistance Program is available to all active participating employees and their families at no charge. All services provided by HealthAdvocate are completely confidential.
