Network & Plan Administration
The IAFF Health & Wellness Trust offers comprehensive medical plan options administered by MagnaCare (powered by Brighton Health Plan Solutions, LLC), utilizing the Regence BlueShield provider network. MagnaCare provides superior customer service and member technology tools to help our members with all of their medical plan needs.
Regence BlueShield provides our members with access to the broadest network in the country, through the National BlueCardPPO Network. Regardless of the plan design chosen by individual Locals, all members have this same broad PPO network.
How to Find Providers
Visit the Regence website to find an in-network provider. If you reside within the Regence BlueShield service area (WA, ID, OR, and UT), select “Preferred Network“. If you reside outside of WA, ID, OR, or UT, select “National BlueCardPPO“.
Be sure to update your location (top right corner of the page). Search by provider name or type, by facility, or by a specific service.
