As we approach the September 1, 2026, transition to MagnaCare for billing & eligibility administration, please review the important payment instructions and administrative updates for employers below.
Important Information for September Premium Payments
You will receive your September 2026 premium invoice from Vimly around August 20. Although the invoice will be issued by Vimly, any payments submitted on or after September 1, 2026, must be made using the new payment instructions below.
Please do not mail payments to Vimly or send ACH/wire payment to the Trust’s current bank account after August 31, 2026.
Premium Payments
Beginning September 1, 2026, please mail all premium payments to:

ACH & Wire Payments
Beginning September 1, 2026, please update your records to use the Trust’s new Heritage Bank account for all ACH and wire payments.
For security reasons, ACH and wire instructions containing the new banking information will be sent in the next week to the billing contact(s) we have on file via secure email.
If you do not receive the secure email or need further assistance, please contact Trust Finance Office.
Auto-Payments
If you would like MagnaCare to automatically withdraw your monthly premium beginning with the September billing cycle, please complete the IAFF ACH Employer Authorization Form. Send your complete form back to the Trust Finance Office.
Membership Changes & Eligibility Blackout Period
Please continue your normal process for submitting new hires, members changes, and terminations through August 28, 2026.
There will be a short Eligibility Blackout Period from August 29 through September 1, 2026 during which membership changes cannot be processed. Please hold any new hire applications, terminations, or other eligibility changes until September 2, 2026.
